Katherine Moore, APRN, CNP

I am a proud Lawtonion, born and raised in the Lawton area, I love my community and want to serve those in the area.  A Cameron University Graduate, in 2005 I received my Associates in Science, and continued onto The University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center, which I graduated from in 2007 with a Bachelors in Science and Nursing.  I have been a practicing Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma since that time.   In 2018, I graduated from Midwestern State University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Over the years, I have served my community by volunteering as a Board Member of the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma, heading the Community Investment Committee for several years.  Additionally, I have served on the Cameron University Alumni Association Board.  On a national level, I have served on the Community Education Committee for the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses.

I am married to Zack Moore of Elgin Oklahoma and together we have three children, Carson 13 years old , Brett 7 years old and Kali Rae 3 years old.  We live east of Lawton, and my children attend Sterling Schools.

We are proud to live and serve our community.  I have always had a strong desire to make things better.  With the ever changing healthcare environment, I wanted to have a practice that I could make a difference in my patients lives.  Having a personal relationship with my patients that is built on trust, transparency and availability are important to me.  My goal is to make you feel like family, where your values and beliefs are respected.  Your health and well being is my top priority.
